Notes

4 panel inlay with full wrap around. Black plastic cassette with silver on-body print, metal screws visible on side 2 and "MADE IN CANADA" stamped into top right hand corner (both sides).

Track B4: Previously unreleased track from 1970.
Track B5: Sleeve mentions 'Single A-side from 1970'. However, this is incorrect. It is the 1973 re-recording, later released as a B-side in 1974. The credits shown here reflect this correction. On the album Herbie Flowers is credited as producer, bass and guitar player which is incorrect for this version.
Tracks B6 & B7: Released as a single under the name Arnold Corns in 1971.

Kearanny
This pressing does sound nice, and very accurate to the original mastering. It skips once on A1 and three times on B1 although purchased from new.
Saithinin
Its due to the turntable you are using and the lightweight arm. This record is notorious for having quite a big low end bass and your setup simply cant handle it. You are better off looking for used vintage gear on ebay than cheap new stuff!
Goldenfang
great pressing. clean, flat, and quiet with a bass heavy mix. Bowie's vocals can sound a bit thin on some tracks but once his vocal multi-tracking kicks in, his voice gets split in the mix and becomes dynamic again.my interest in this album came from a live performance I saw on youtube that was insanely bass heavy and gave the Width of a Circle new life and a new sound I never noticed before. subsequent listens via Spotify were lackluster and my research pointed to only the initial UK and German pressings having that raw bass punch that many people know this album for. Thankfully, as other have posted, this reissue is extremely bass forward albeit not a bright punch that I've read about from the original pressings. Still, this remaster and mix puts the current digital versions of the album to shame.
Zololmaran
Very audible and very annoying noise is heard in the left channel a number of times during After All, the side A closing track. Otherwise a great pressing.Taking back to place of purchase, hopefully for an replacement.
Winenama
It's a nice pressing, but if you have to compare it to the UK 1st pressing, the original wins hands down. The UK pressings from the early 70's or late 60's have an incredible "punch" to them that is definitely superior. For the money, these reissues are really nice though. Very faithful reproduction of the original covers/labels.
Xaluenk
This is one bass heavy release. Even running flat, the bass is so up front in the mix. Ronson can barely push through! I do love this album but am not sure I love this pressing. The others in this run sound great though.
mym Ђудęm ęгσ НuK
I thought that's how this album usually sounds, unless you've compared and this press is even more so?
Bradeya
It sounds a bit quiet especially side one. Is this normal? In comparison Aladdin Sane sounds superb.
greed style
Sounds fine. Clear and soft. Can't compare to the first British pressing, but for me, it's very good quality.
Ť.ħ.ê_Ĉ.õ.о.Ł
Flawless pressing and a beautiful package. I only have the Virgin 1999 cd and the the 70's counterfeit Mercury pressing to compare it to.
Cordabor
No defects here (or on any of the other Bowie 2016 reissues I've heard. Sounds killer on my setup, but then again I have nothing to compare it to in regards to older pressings.
Alsath
Sounds great. Just as good as my 1972 UK and US issues. Don't waste your time and money searching for old copies (at extortionate prices).
Dddasuk
I find it interesting the most of these reissues got a bad review while the box set (which supposed to contain the same pressings) is rated high...
Jeronashe
This is a great reissue. Vinyl is quiet, flat and perfectly centred. Great overall sound too.
