Vol.3 “The Maple Leaf Sessions” was recorded “Live” in the “Studio” over 2 Days at the Maple Leaf Bar...This is the First Recording of its Kind....A Complete Studio was Built within the Famed Tin Walls of New Orleans Most Infamous Music Club for the 2 Days of Recording....All songs were, as in the first Volume, Unrehearsed and Performed Live in the Studio with Only a Family Audience and the Maple Leaf Regulars.The BlueBrass Project Vol.3 “The Maple Leaf Sessions” was Produced and Arranged, again by Chris Jones of Meantime Lounge Records. Executive Producer Steve “Little King” Metcalf (Little King Records) and Ashley Thibodaux Jones (Meantime Lounge Records/Thibodaux Jones Creole Kitchen)
Vol.3 “The Maple Leaf Sessions” Is actually the second in the series, Vol.2 , was to be Recorded at Ultrasonic Studios in October of 2005....but the Studio was Unfortunately Destroyed by Hurricane Katrina...and due to the Scattering of Musicians the Project wasIt is gone.
Out of respect to that offering, we name this Vol.3...Vol.2, will never be more than a memory
