"When O When" by Is Tropical is a pure oddity in 2010, using accordions, compressed megaphones, and a general urban guerilla/punk meets troubadour attitude that could remind flamboyant and epic moments a la The Clash, The Waterboys or La Mano Negra crossed by a hint of Libertines romantic emergency and a healthy dose of ruff electronic sound production FX...and the result is a truly magnificient song that sounds like nothing of the affected, faux-cool indie poseurs of late. A real breath of fresh air!
