Fear Falls Burning - Once We All Walk Through Solid Objects mp3 album

I got a copy of this 5 LP set the other day. There is lots of surface noise on the first two LPs, that all but drowns out most of the music. The set was listed here as M/M and visually appears new. I don't think the records have been abused, as there is no sign of scratching, but just a general surface noise. Maybe the records were pressed on really bad vinyl? I tried cleaning one of the records and it didn't really help. If you have this set, I certainly hope your experience is better than mine.

well i'v got to say i bought this item solely on what i had heard and read from others about this project. not the biggest expert on drone with or with out guitar i was quite intrigued. plus with a collaboration with Final amongst so many other variations well seemed like a risk worth taking with out ever even hearing a sole piece of work from this project other then the artist former project VidnaObmana which i'm not to much a fan of and is not similar. i have to say i have had this album for a couple months now and i am far more then happy with it. it is damn long but it might just be the best album to fall asleep to and leave on repeat (which is kind of hard if ur playing the vinyls but if u record it to ur computer all night pleasant dreams). i really do not sleep well so during constant sleep interruptions its nice to hear this and i also think it helps me sleep better. its a very consistent and well flowing album, very calming, with the perfect amount of variation in sound with out overdoing or being heavy on melody. i'm a fan now this is a set for a lifetime. only question for me is it worth buying more of this projects releases this album is so massive and complete it leads me to think for me it might be once i'v heard one album (10 20 min trax) maybe that covers all the ground i need.
