After a bit of research, I can confirm that this is a different Mantis to the alias of DJ Spice from B2B. This Mantis appears to be an unknown Norwegian artist instead.
Whitegrove
Sketcy is not unknown, but one-half of the duo Rawthang.

this is a real gem for those who like there Bass-lines mean and nasty...starting off with that infamous lead and bringing in a very tinny sounding amen that canters along in a lovely way, skipping around in it's only lightly chopped and loose attitude before a breakdown that gives away nothing until the second part when the bass is introduced ..and then as the shuffley bit of the Amen is repeated the "drop": and it is a king hell monster of a drop when played on a good system all grim and muffly but with loads of aggression, with the Amen feeling less tinny and the core parts of "31 Seconds" melodic lines being brought back here and there so you know exactly where things are at in 2001 ...this is from a time where Drum n Bass was starting to collectively lose its grip on reality but this track managed to avoid that causing carnage whenever I played it...tbh I wouldn't say it a essential purchase but for the canny selecter it is worth having (especially at some of the prices on here) simply because it is fun to mix with and gives the dancefloor a kick up the harris...purists are likely to despise it but they can never be pleased anyway.....
