Although the group of musicians gathered by Stephen Stills in 1972 at Criterion Studios to record this LP and later in 1973 recorded "Down The Road" as Stephen Stills - Manassas, the artist for this LP should only be Stephen Stills. This can be verified by viewing listings in Billboard magazine. See May 27, 1972 issue page 56 - "New LP / Tape Releases" that lists the artist as Stephen Stills and the name of the LP Manassas.

Label variation: "CP"-suffix after matrix number and "P" in runouts indicating Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman pressing.
