The band in the cover photo may or may not be Looking Glass, depending on when it was taken. Left-to-right, the members pictured are:

Though this was the final line-up of Looking Glass. Harkin was added on lead guitar and Smith was brought in to replace Elliot Lurie when he left to go solo. This line-up released the single "Highway to Hollywood."
The line-up above changed their name to Fallen Angels, and released two singles before replacing Larry Gonsky with Richie Ranno and changing their name to Starz. The same photo on this release graces the cover of the posthumous Fallen Angels CDr Recorded at Sound Stage Studios, in fact.
