If I had written this shortly after the first listen, i'd have been disappointing boring in my comments. I went from "Oh Woman Oh Why" to "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down And Write Myself A Letter" and i wondered what happened. I just got caught up in the reality that people change and artists are stuck with having/trying to appeal to audiences who in many cases would prefer the "old hits" and i fell into that for a moment. Many artists today tour just doing their hit (if they are lucky enough to have one) or sometimes other peoples hits. (I just saw Styx and the best song of the evening, for me, was "I Am The Walrus"). My point is that if McCartney would have just stayed with his ample trunk of hits i would have missed his evolution and my pleasures. This is to say that "Kisses on the Bottom" has grown well on me and I recommend it.. I believe i'll enjoy it well down the road... Great arrangements and artists abound..
