Q107 (CILQ-FM) is a Canadian radio station, broadcasting at 107.1 FM in Toronto, Ontario, and operating On Air since 1977. Beginning in 1979, the station was active in promoting "homegrown" talent, releasing sampler albums every year that featured local (and essentially un-signed) talent. Over the years, most of these featured artists never managed to record anything else.....however a couple did go on to successful recording careers (eg., Honeymoon Suite, Teaze). As a result, these albums boast some pretty obscure and otherwise impossible-to-find recordings.
