A tune which I'd happily play in every set, ever. Such good vibes and that bassline is pure heavy funk when it goes.

'Fire & Water' is hands down one of the greatest tunes this man has written. Pure minimal funky badness. Everybody always talks about the bassline, which is simply one of the best I've ever heard. It rips the music apart and puts it together at the same time; utterly irresistible for the mind as well as the body. But let's not forget the slamming breaks which are an essential part of this piece of music. The whole thing just makes you happy and f***s you up at the same time (if that makes any sense). Calibre is definitely one of the true talents in the scene. He can do no wrong. Thank f*** for outstanding labels like Soul:R for bringing the goods each and every time.
