The first 500 copies pressed on white vinyl. Of these, 100 went to the band to be sold on tour and 400 were available by mail order.Issued in a gatefold sleeve with two printed inner sleeves. Includes MP3 download card.
The 100 copies brought on tour were sold exclusively to the first individual to inquire about the white variant. Strictly one record per show.
A second pressing of 300 copies on Light Grey vinyl and 300 copies on Clear vinyl was made available in September 2012.
