There was also a Japan tour version (200 hand-numbered) with Obi strip, different insert, black/gold patch, and stickers. A few of these were made available to USA buyers once the band returned from tour. And technically the colored vinyl of the first 100 Deep Six mailorder edition are only limited to 300, because they are from the same pressing batch as the Japan tour version - on marbled variations of brown, grey, rose, blue, and purple.
